How to join:
Just comment on this post and the post on the starmade thread saying that you want to join.
We need you IGN, Age(Optional), any skills that will be useful in starmade(try to be honest so that we high ranks won't get a headache, we've got enough already), streams that you wish to join and if possible, a bit of background of your past in starmade(any previous factions, any ships that might persuade us to allow you to join a certain stream, any fighting skill, any lag, country[so that we can plan our tests] NOT FAMILY STUFF THAT WE WON'T REALLY READ[no offence])
Who are eligible:
everyone(no screamers/ship builders that build penises...we have enough of them...trust me.)

There will be a promotion test scheduled to test your skill and evaluate if you are eligible to advance to the next rank.highest ranks are as follow:[NOTE:you can be demoted if you do not meet the required score for the promotion test, which is a 3/10 to maintain the rank and a 8/10 to advance a rank)

PROMOTION TEST DETAILS: The second promotion/demotion test is much simpler than the first due to the fact that i do not have much time to plan(blame the projects that i get from JC)[junior college] so here's what you have to do:
build a simple fighter(must have atleast one AMC cannon, and below 100 mass) that can withstand atleast three waves of pirate(send it to us and we'll test it) you will be rated from 1-10 1-2/10 meaning you failed and will be demoted and 3-6/10 meaning your rank will be retained and 7-10/10 meaning you will be promoted according to our checklist.(the score is based on how many waves your fighter can withstand) TIP:buff up your shields or armour. NOTE:you are allowed to hack in resources.It must be original!
DEADLINE: 30/11/13 2359 (20 november 2013 11:59 PM)
If you do not submit your ship by then, you will maintain your rank with a warning, after five warnings, you will be demoted by 5 ranks
